Since the production workflow is all PDF now days you really don't need to send any fonts to a printer as they are embedded in the document. I loaded up the entire Adobe font folio with Font Book and never needed to open the app again. Since the introduction of OS X there doesn't seem to be an issue with that anymore. Suitecase now offers a cloud sync so you can keep 2 (or more, if you are willing to pay for more licenses) Macs in sync font-wise.Īnyone else interested in pro level font managers?

While this is certainly useful information, I’d really love to see AppleInsider cover pro-level font management software like Suitcase Fusion or Font Agent Pro.
